In order to promote enterprise innovation management, improve management level, enhance Guoxin’s cohesion. Recently, the management training conference of "Help for Lonely Island" organized by Vice General Manager Li Wenhao was held in Shenzhen, and nearly ten guoxin manager attended.

In this training, innovative management thinking is put into the game, fully integrates theory and practice, and explains the content of the course in simple language, which greatly motivates the enthusiasm of trainees to participate in it, so that everyone can quickly and effectively improve in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The atmosphere of the training was warm and participants benefited a lot.

At the beginning of the training, each group carried out a careful study of the tasks on their respective islands and clarified their respective divisions of labor. The training mainly reflects the importance of teamwork through games. During the game, everyone united and cooperated, and the atmosphere was harmonious.

▲ the training program is divided into three groups:

3 people on the blind Island (members of the island need to wear eye masks to cover their eyes and can't see anything)

4 people on dumb Island (members on the island can't speak in the whole process)

Treasure Island (the island is rich in materials)

There are three different task cards distributed on the three islands. The members of the island need to complete the mission according to the mission rules before they can win.

The training program has achieved good results. All participants put the training scene into the work management, talk about their experiences and reflect on learning through practice. Observer Peng Bilian evaluated the participants, and assistant Xiao Jingwei and Yang Yifei summarized their experience as assistants. Lecturer Li Wenhao, deputy general manager, summarized the performance of all participants in the event: first, the training project needs to clarify the rules of the task and apply it to the management of the company. It is necessary to understand how to know the boundaries of rules and how managers convey rules to their subordinates. Secondly, when the tentacle of victory is within reach, we need to adjust our mentality, not to relax, and to think about how to achieve the goal. Finally, find a way to break through with limited resources.
