Since its establishment, Guoxin Technology Group has adhered to the strategy of strengthening the enterprise with talents, gathered heroes from all over the world and displayed great ambition. The company is people-oriented, attaches great importance to the building of the team and the cultivation of talents, and provides a good learning platform and development space for everyone as much as possible. The important purpose of organizing this training is to help everyone integrate quickly and learn teamwork. This training specially invited Guoxin Technology Group - Deputy General Manager - Mr. Li Wenhao as a training lecturer, and employees who joined the Shenzhen workplace within one year participated. 

Training introduction

Before the formal training, the personnel administration manager of Guoxin technology group introduced the basic process and relevant information of the training to all colleagues in the team.

Group unit

During the training, four representatives from each center and department were selected as supervisory teachers to monitor everyone's performance, team communication and thinking during the training process.

In the discussion session, everyone actively participated, expressed their views and set off a brainstorming.

Training conclusion
