On February 28, the commercial legal service meeting of listed companies and companies to be listed was held in Nanchang, co-sponsored by Jiangxi Provincial Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Jiangxi Provincial Local Financial Administration and Nanchang Intermediate People's Court. Our chairman Yang Weihua was invited to attend.  

    During the meeting, Ma Hao, Vice chairman of CCPIT Mediation Center, and Wang Huiqing, director of the Domestic Division of CCPIT Patent and Trademark Office, respectively gave lectures on the topic of "Mediation as an effective means to resolve intellectual property disputes" and "Intellectual Property Risk Response and Layout Protection" for enterprise representatives. Representatives of 5 listed companies in the province and 3 companies to be listed spoke one by one on the legal difficulties such as dispute prevention and settlement, export control and economic sanctions encountered by their enterprises in the process of cross-border investment and international trade, as well as the needs and suggestions of foreign-related legal services.

    After the meeting, Yang Weihua, chairman of our company, gave an interview and said: This meeting truly reflects the great importance of CCPIT to enterprise intellectual property rights, compliance, risk control and dispute resolution. It not only helps enterprises sort out internal management and improve operation level, but also clears legal obstacles for enterprises in the listing process, accelerates the listing process, and finally realizes high-quality development of enterprises.
